"Ed the plumber and his helper put in a new hot water heater last week. They actually arrived early, finished efficiently, and checked their work to be sure of function before leaving. "Called them This was at 8:30 pm with refrigerator not working and worrying about preserving food for 2 kids 4 and under Was told that technician would be out in 2 hours. When no one showed up texted them. At that point for a call asking if we had a service contract. When we said no was told they only work with people who have such a contract. Not on their website We wasted 2 hours and of course by 10:30 night we could not find anyone else Would be careful doing business with them."
