Jason came on the same day as the others but his demeanor, professionalism, competence and cleanliness made him stand out. He took off his shoes when walking into the house, explained the problem(s) clearly without being condescending, helped us understand some other plumbing concerns we had with the house, and cleaned up after himself well.
