"I had a toilet/sewage issue at my house. Thankfully, it was contained to a basement bathroom. A friend recommended Bernie’s and I called him. He wasn’t able to come right out as he was very busy. He said he’d be out around noon the next day and called me at 830am and said he was on his way. "Bernie came to try and unclog my basement utility sink drain. He snaked the line 75 feet. He discovered it drains into a dry well and wasn't clogged... Just that the well won't accept any more water. Most plumbers would charge you a base fee just coming to look at it and the labor. Despite his best efforts, Bernie couldn't help me, so he said no charge. A quality professional."
