"3 smoke shops on the same street within 3/4 square mile, a convenience store across from the one in town with no prices on anything? All run by Indians who know each other. I've literally seen paper bags moved between stores and into the backseats of cars. If they aren't money fronts, idk what is. I live nearby and have for my entire life and rarely see anyone in the stores, and that is EXPENSIVE retail real estate. Go right down Pulaski road and see 6 empty retail locations because they couldn't pay rent. And those were businesses that weren't competing with each other."
