"My experience with Melissa Macri is excellent, she took care the first problem I addressed that needs attention to be fixed, oil filled more than the maximum level that caused the oil pressure low icon to appear and took back the car to scan when the ingine light came on and AI on the panel and temporarily cleared it. They reassured me that the car is still drivable and will call me when the loaner car is available in order for the ingine problem to be fixed by Alfa Romeo in Hardford for the parts that needs to be changed caused it will take at least a week before I will get it back. The car still running good but sometimes the ingine light comes on when it doesn't start on the first attempt and goes away after the next try. My overall experience so far is very good."
