"Good Performance. Explained the situation and persistent in resolving the issue. Made recommendatios to avoid further problems. First visit analysis was to clean Right Front burner and was charged $50 while a warranty service contract was not honored. Assuned customer fault. Within days the burner did not work routinely having to put on other burners to get a spark. Re-scheduled another appointment and parts were mailed untimely and the wrong parts for the repair. Matt spent an hour identifying part replacements. Over two week period received corrected parts and service was completed satisfactory. Initial cleaning did not correct the problem and expect a $50 cleaning refund. Excellant repair service. Customer service and execution of correct parts done poorly. I can share the sequence of events if desired. However, this is not a reflection of the actual repair."

I learned a tremendous amount and now feel confident about my equipment and maintaining it in the future. "The diagnostic men ordered parts. One part was wrong and would not fit. It had a wrong plug on end. We managed to change it and the technician installed it. Why don’t you have the same people install that diagnosed the problem? Not sure who was responsible for this problem Also it would be nice to know if morning or afternoon would be arriving. Please get back to me when you know if it was ordered wrong or a manufacturer problem"
