"Went here to look for my Vans size, it was peak weekend so it was very busy. I asked a associate who was a mid 20s blonde girl to kindly help me. She told me to take off my shoes so she could measure me. Told her I was a 4 before, but they're kind of tight on my feet now. So without even sitting down to look at the foot measuring tool she looked at it at a far distance and assumed that I was a 7.. She didn't bother measuring me correctly and she was extremely rude. She was quite distracted of other people coming into the store and couldn't focus on one simple thing I asked for which was to help me find my correct Vans size.. So then I went to a different Journeys at another mall and someone actually took the time to sit down and measure me. Turns out I was a 5.5. The girl at Auburn shouldn't be working there if she couldn't handle 1 simple thing a customer was asked."
