"Chris the store manager was incredibly unprofessional and told multiple lies when asked by costumer to correct staffs mistake. Boot barns policy is full refunds on products unworn and unused within 60 days if sales with no other specifications listed in store of on any corporate sites yet I was refused a refund 10 minutes after purchasing. Save your money!"
"Had a horrible experience with customer service. Do not shop here unless you want to be Sold Boots that are two different sizes With no clear marking or indication by staff and then be told that it is completely customer's responsibility. Even after a long conversation with the manager and customer service who stated very clearly that it needed to be taken care of in store and was not the standard practice Or any practice the customer service representative had had ever heard of. with this chain, Nothing was. Do not shop here if you do not want to be robbed and bullied by the staff when you do not Follow their arbitrary rules that are not clearly communicated to the customers."
"This place is AMAZING! I’m so happy we came across it and we will be repeat customers. Their boot selection and pricing is just gorgeous! The clothing and accessory options too are endless. I could’ve spent hours perusing that store if I didn’t have my 2 year old with me. However the staff was amazing with her and didn’t seem to mind she was running around in an adorable pair of boots she tried on. Melinda particularly was wonderful with my daughter. All the staff was wonderful and accommodating and constantly checked on us without being overbearing. We left with two pairs of gorgeous Ariat adult boots and the supplies to keep them in good shape! We cannot wait to return to this location. Thank you so much! (Pictured are my gorgeous boots I got today) - another bonus I’m a size 11 women’s and I always have trouble finding great boots/shoes in my size …. There was no shortage at Boot Barn!"
"Right as I walked in Brianna greeted me with no hesitation and helped me without me asking! I don’t really enjoy shopping but she made finding a pair of boots and a hat fun. Will definitely be back, did not know there was such a huge selection of cute clothing and all the staff was extremely welcoming"
