"I was in New Milford, driving a company car and noticed the TPMS light was on. I didn't want to drive with a soft tire but it wasn't my car, either. I went to 2 different auto parts businesses, both offer loaner tools but both declined to loan me a simple tire pressure gauge. Frustrated, I went to a tire shop that was just beyond a police barricade (lots of flooding that day) and asked one of the mechanics if he could help me out. He never hesitated at all: asked me to pull up by a garage bay and came out with a gauge attached to an air hose. He very quickly diagnosed the problem tire (but checked all 4), inflated it, and sent me on my way! Thanks!"
