Victor was great, He helped me purchase my first ever electric pedal assist bike, Victor was knowledgeable and patient , He took his time to answer my many questions. The bike I purchased is easy and fun. I liked it so much that I went back to get another bike for my husband. We now go on Bike trails up to 25 miles with no issue for us. The staff ask questions about how you want to ride, so you can make the correct purchase with no pressure to purchase. They are people who ride and show love to the sport. I Felt they just wanted us to enjoy riding as much as they do. Berkshire bike and Board is a great way to start to enjoy the outdoors again."

I explained the issue in very basic terms (gear shifting is clicky-clacky) and was given the probable causes and service and cost options.
