"The staff are really kind and informative. They’re not bland either — with zero personality. Cristiana always pays attention to my daughter, which most adults would never do, and she loves going because of it. A lot of time hardcore bicycle experts can be condescending and Danny’s staff is very helpful without a hint of looking down on casual riders. I highly value their knowledge and competence, too. So much so, I trusted them to attach my 1-year old’s bike seat. I can’t recommend them enough."

"Pretty sad writing this review. While the technicians are great, they lost my business because they just don't know how to treat people when you walk through the door. I've had my bike serviced here before, had a great experience in the past (albeit the high prices $$$), but most recently I left feeling extremely insulted, so much so that I'm not going to give them my business again. The "young lady" at the front was extremely rude. She first came up with a "new policy" on spot about how they couldn't keep my bike in shop till they could work on it, which I've done several times in the past. Then when I asked when I could bring it back, she literally told the other front desk guy "give him the farthest out date we have". Very rude and unprofessional, I'm standing right here. I literally chose to go half a mile further to a different shop, where I was treated much nicer and the work was done in spot (HALF the cost!) Do yourself a favor and go to the kind gentleman on Pemberwick Rd in Greenwich. Much better experience, you will definitely thank me later."
