"On Sun,7/30 i called and spoke to someone at 3:45pm and said i was stopping by before it closed at 4pm. The person stated he would wait no problem. I ride my bike there w/ my son and gate closed. Not only that, i actually got there 5min before closing. Probably just a bad employee but if your the owner and reading the reviews, take note."

"I reside in Milford and for many years Bobby J’s has of course been my go-to bait/tackle dealer. I do however spend probably 30% of the 200 or so fishing outings I rack up yearly fishing Bridgeport/Black Rock and Fairfield waters. Since the first time I met Ryan at Jimmy O’s I’ve enjoyed both doing business and the long conversations that seem to ensue whenever I’m there. The shop is perfect for the area. Prices are great because he doesn’t keep much high end stuff on hand (but always acquires high end items I request with the quickness) but he does keep a hefty inventory of grassroots, simple and basic requirement bait items which is what most folks need! It’s great feeling like I’m the visiting team fishing that local but still having a shop available that makes me feel like the home team!"
