They showed her techniques to lace her shoes for the best fit. They listened, asked questions as to what she liked and didn't like, what felt good, what felt bad, then when they had her fit in a shoe had her run up the street and back to see how they felt in action! I have NEVER experienced this level of kindness, caring and service while buying anything, and to think it happened when buying a running shoe!
