One of the sales representatives, Max, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when getting me into a new pair of skates (he was also knowledgeable about a lot of the other hockey equipment). When I ran into a minor issue with one of my purchases, Alex, the store manager, went above and beyond to make it right and ensure I was happy. Not only is their selection enormous, but they have phenomenal staff to make the sport equipment shopping experience top notch. Thank you! "DONT order online here, atleast internationally, very slow returns and even slower response from customer service when paying with an international card. Bought a pair of True Catalyst skates, carbon cracked after 8 practices and other blade wasnt straight when delivered. Now waiting to get an answer."

"Three times I've been in there and I couldn't be any less impressed. The first time I went there, they botched a skate sharpening horribly. The automatic machines are not where it's at. The second time, I brought my son for a skate fitting. We left after being completely ignored in an empty store. The last time, again ignored. All employees congregating behind the front counter in an otherwise empty store. There are two reputable small businesses in the area who will better address their customers needs. Big box stores aren't always the best and it shows here."
