"Great selection - lots to choose from at various price points. The people there are very friendly and very helpful depending on when you go. At times I’ll go there and they’ll find me a blanc de noir that tastes identical to a blanc de blanc, but at other times they don’t know the significance behind Clos du Val. Prices are a bit high - there’s a Montrachet I saw today that was $86 that I can get online for $35 and a Rose for $20 I normally can get for $10 at WTSO but overall it’s what to expect."

"Ordered a case of nice wine, and when it arrive one bottle had burst and 4 others the corks were nearly out. Zachys would not replace them despite having paid a protection fee for shipping. ORDER ELSEWHERE OR AT YOUR OWN RISK!"

"Beautiful new store. Impeccably designed. An incredible selection of wines that are perfectly organized and well-priced. In a nutshell, a dream wine destination. The staff were also quite friendly and knowledgeable without being intrusive. Thank you for the great experience!"

"Zachys has recently moved from their original Scarsdale location to 30 Midland Avenue in Port Chester. I was impressed with their beautiful showroom of wines and the vast and extraordinary selection of wines as well as posters and special sitting areas for their wine tastings that they have on Saturday afternoons from 1-4pm. I went to Zachys in search of Passover wines and I’m sure that our hosts will be very grateful to John, my very knowledgeable wine connoisseur, who assisted me in my purchases! In addition to their wine tastings, I was delighted to hear from John, that the Kneaded Bread provides breads that definitely will enhance the experiences for those folks who drop by to taste and nosh on Saturday afternoons. While there were plenty of folks who were sad to see Zachys leave Scarsdale Village, their new store offers such a huge selection and is so gorgeous that I’m sure everyone will be celebrating their new location!"

"ZACHYS IS A SCAM COMPANY SELLING JUNK WINE. I ordered $650 in wine, and opted for local delivery as we are in NYC. After the order had not shipped in a week, I messaged them to look into the shipment because I was concerned about a heat wave that was coming. They never responded. Instead, they put it on a truck in the middle of a heat wave, and all of the wine showed up cooked. All of the corks are popped up. The wine is ruined, it tastes terrible, and is now all in my recycling bin. It is not clear to me that the wine was not already bad before it was even shipped. I understand now that they buy discounted bottles from various vendors that are likely not stored correctly. This is why it takes them so long to process orders, as they don't really have the wine in stock. They have accepted zero responsibility over this, and when I asked why they never responded to my concern about the shipment, they shrugged their shoulders. I have never encountered this level of customer service from a wine distributor. They really are nothing more than a scam company selling junk wine."
