"I went here for the first time and had a terrible experience. When my bottles were packed up, one extremely small piece of cardboard was used to prevent my larger bottles from breaking. If I had seen how small the piece of cardboard was, I would have requested something entirely different. Unfortunately, I discovered how small the piece of cardboard was when the bottles broke on my way home. When I spoke with them about what had happened they didn't care one bit about my experience and told me that I assume all the risk once I leave the store. If you decide to purchase from them I would recommend making sure they use much bigger pieces of cardboard so nothing breaks in your car."

"I was there looking for a specific wine for a dinner. They didn’t have what I wanted but the gentleman at the front offered several selections of comparable taste. The one I ended up choosing was a hit at the dinner and I enjoyed it more than the original wine I was looking for (a white Montrachet hard to find.) Honestly, five star gold service all around. I plan on shopping here in the future."
