"I've been a customer of Jackson Hewitt for over 25 years. I have followed Ed and his team from their Ronkonkoma location to Selden. ALWAYS top notch service and attention to detail. Wait time is minimal, we're usually seated as soon as we walk in for our appointment. I've seen walk ins taken right away as well. I now have my entire family using this location, Ed is simply the best! Reasonable rates and prompt, professional service. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you Ed!!!!!"

"I have been going to this company for 5 years. Called a week ago and spoke to Ed who I now find out is the owner. Ed gave me the email and instructed me to put his name in the subject so that he would be sure to get it. I sent a follow up email to confirm that he received it as well as leaving two messages with his secretary and received no response back. Left a third message today and Ed called me back. He informed me that he was too busy to be reading emails or returning calls and that he was not going to be having this conversation with me. I asked him why he told me to Email my tax info if he wasn’t going to retrieve it. Very unprofessional very rude and obviously didn’t care about my taxes just about making a buck. Would never use this company again and do not recommend them"

She is knowledgeable, personable, professional and always available. The best part to me is she always answers the question if she knows the answer but never pretends to know the answer and is not afraid to tell you she needs to look up the answer. Great place to go."
