"I chose a foil bouquet which is priced for $19, selected all 12 balloons, when I came for checkout, the cashier told me that 3 balloons were not included in this special, so I went and chose another three. I didn’t look at receipt until after they finished blowing all balloons. When I looked, total was $35 instead of $19. They told me that another couple balloons were not included as well. Couldn’t they tell it before the purchase?? If I knew it before, I would just select less balloons or choose those which are included in the special."

"What great staff especially the general manager Kim! Our order was supposed to be delivered by a third party company. When they were a no-show Kim took it upon herself to personally deliver our order. She even offered to compensate us for the other company’s mistake.
