"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Edgar Reyes never sent my taxes through and all the work was done already from my previous visit. He needed to click 3 thing couldn’t even get that correct thank goodness I’m getting a refund or I would be paying penalties. If you get him walk the hell out"

"Don't go to a lady named Martha this year my tax prep with this location was horribleeee noone is ever there to take a phone call they tell you to wait. My state taxes were never filed and I did my taxes with her almost 2 months ago. I should have known when she did not know how to use the program she kept on asking another worker! She is listed as senior tax preparation that is bull! I could have done it myself. I been leaving a million messages manager could care less. What a headache. Meanwhile I went twice because I had a feeling it was wrong but seen someone else and they tell me no issues. Everyone around me got their refund so I cl the 1800 number and they told me it was never filed! I will get my $400 spent on this time wasting place. Please do not do not use her I do not think she knows what she is doing! She was complaining about the new tax program to file she was all confused! Ugh I knew it. I had a bad feeling and said I hope she does it good. Now look! Ugh"

"And that one star is only because I have to- if not I would give no stars! Terrible service: my first appointment, nobody showed up. They called the agent and there was no response. The second time my appointment was scheduled for 2pm- 1/2 hour later still not seen. My third attempt, they kept the appointed time, but then tell me I am missing documents. Maybe if I didn't need to keep coming back and forth with everything or maybe if they told me that on Wednesday- I would have access to the departments to get those documents. On a Saturday, the departments necessary to contact for those documents are closed. Really unprofessional by any standard. Stay away!"
