Yelled that it wasn’t her problem then Hung up on me when I was trying to get clarification on an issue that their employee cause, the tax preparer was kind during the original appointment. But this woman was anything but professional."
"My husband called just to ask a quick question and the women who answered the phone was extremely rude, sarcastic, and had a horrible attitude the entire time. At the end of the conversation my husband said thank you And she literally just hung up the phone without saying “you’re welcome” or “have a good day” not friendly at all. Never going here."
