"This is the worst place to do your taxes. They do a very lame job. You might as well save the extra coin and turbo tax your files. They offer you nothing more than a computer program can and are very misleading. Half will tell you that receipts cannot be written off and half will tell you the opposite. I do not believe they are professionals."

"I was coming from another H+R Block after an appointment mix up at another location. The one I was coming from suggested that I try to go to any other H+R Block to get squeezed in. I called around and the Ossining location told me to come in and they would fit me in, but I may have to wait. I was so ecstatic because the other locations said they unfortunately unable to squeeze me in. The front desk receptionist was so kind and inviting! All the accountants were smiling despite bustling around because yesterday was the Tax Day squeeze. My taxes were finished up in less than 30 minutes and I only had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. So thankful and grateful! Highly recommend this location."
