"Having come out of this business years ago, there is a market for produce that is ready to expire hence the lower price….. But what I find really amazing is go 2000 feet down the road to Balducci’s and spend 40% more for the same products!!! not knowing that they come from Acme which now owns Balducci’s lol…."

"Absolutely one of the most strangest and disgusting experiences I have ever witnessed. The aisles are too packed and close to one another. The employees didn’t look friendly or welcoming at all. Once we checked out at the cashier, there were two employees. I think they were teens, they just giggled and didn’t understand anything of the water bottle exchange option. They had to ask another employee, who was picking her nose and gave us the eye roll and side eye. Absolutely no respect at all. This first time will be the last one. This store used to be good but now it went down hill ever since 2018."

"Been to ACME in NY state, NJ, PA, and here. This location is better than most. Bought distinctive items here, not available in average markets in NYC: Signature brand Spinach and Mushroom Pizza, Chocolate-coated Pretzel Rods with colorful icing, store-prepared salmon of several flavors. The list could easily go on. Contrary to other reviewers, the cashiers are congenial and helpful."

"Always lots of things to see and purchase from. They have a great selection of fresh and frozen food, drinks, and snacks. Always impressed with the freshness of the cooked to go food in their deli section. Never too crowded, and always an easy checkout."
