"It was crazy busy, and I wasn't able to sign up for a membership at the front as the system was down, but I was allowed to shop & buy my membership at the register. Next time I go they will put my info in the system. Front desk girl (Maggie) was very help. Lots of great buys in here. Well worth the 45 min drive for me to go here."

"This location has a pharmacy and eye center. Greeters are very friendly. Good selection of items. Wish they had a liquor store attached, as the Kirkland brand alcohol is a good buy. Tire center I have had a good experience at. Also a gas station with very competitive prices. Customer service is always very helpful."

"Went in to inquire about a membership, directed to the member services desk. Walked up to the member services counter and some rude brunette woman condescendingly goes "there's a line" and turns away. There was one other person at the merchandise returns section opposite of where we walked over and it was a completely different line/section of the counter. She had her name tag turned around too, probably so people couldn't name her when they mentioned her terrible attitude. Rachael ended up helping us and was super helpful, though."

"My husband and I have been members since 2008. Spend thousands a year. I Was there 2 weeks ago, business as usual, by myself. Went today, walked in, showed my card, shopped, filled the cart, went to pay and was told I couldn't purchase without my husband being present. If they changed their policy, fine. However, after I walk in, show my card... with my husband's face on it and I am able to proceed to shop and fill my cart...I am not allowed to make the purchase. The Stafford store preferred to restock my cart than to tell me the policy changed and next time they won't allow me to purchase without my husband there. What a waste of my time and the employees who now need to restock. Ironically, I have a friend who shopped at the same store, the same day, with 2 babies with her and had the exact same experience. Like I said, change your policy since I was last there about 2 weeks ago, fine. But give shoppers a chance to make the purchase and not do so in the future. After calling corporate, they didn't care either. Unfortunately, we will not renew our membership. Our business is not valued at all by corporate Costco and they made sure we knew it today."

"Stopped in about half hr before they closed. Needed something quick for dinner. Excellent selection. The pics are only a few pre-made selections available. I got the chicken Alfredo and wow!!!! So good!!! Woman at customer service helped me log into the app for the 1st time which was a little bit of a process but she was very helpful. During the day their associate Gracelynn who's usually checking memberships or receipts is a sweetheart!! Nicest 1 there!"
