"I had a bad experience at the Portland store the ,,I think the management there needs to be replaced by a more professional employees..I was falsely accused of stealing and made to stand in front of every body while this guy went through my stuff .I was the only white person on the store mostly black people shop there ..I guess if u have a puffy coat that's grounds for them to signal the only white person out and accuse him falsely of theft after proving I had not stolen anything thing I asked very nicely I'd o could file a complaint. The ignored my request..I then called and the same guy who accused me picked up the phone...how convenient!!! Blocking me from talking to a supervisor..he then Became completely belligerent talking over me loudly and accusing me of do this or that. He was Basically trying to start a fight to make me look bad.how unprofessional. I'm a innocent shopper.who did nothing wrong ..he embarrassed me and himself and got mad at me"
