"Horrible Experience, I scheduled an appointment last week for 9:30 am. I arrive at 9:15 am and was the first to arrive. By the time 9:30 came another young lady comes in. At 9:50 am is when the smalls actually arrive to the office. And they come get the young lady first. Im not worried because I know im next. And I know its two tax people so... i have to be next. Mr. Small (“The President”) comes in and tells me Ill be seen soon. I let him know that I had an appointment at 9:30 and I was the first to come in. He immediately begins making excuses for why hes late and im like “I dont care about the excuses im paying you for a service and you treating me like this.” He cuts me off and tells me that I can leave and reschedule another appointment. Im like i just want to be seen. His wife tells me that hes the president and he can do as he pleases. Im not sure whats going on with them this morning but a very bad first impression."
