"I have been a customer of Multi State Tax for years now. This year something has changed with their customer service. Contacted and emailed them on March 5th with all my tax forms, and then multiple times after with no response. Called today and the secretary tells me “he said he is working on it in-between appointments.” I asked her how much this would cost me. She said “I don’t know how much you paid last year but look at your pink slip - we increased $20 across the board.” I don’t appreciate how dismissive of customer service they provide and I am certainly not paying $300 for this poor service. Fired."

"I like this company. They have done great work. Only thing I would recommend to them is to inquire with the customer whether they want direct deposit or not. I stopped receiving checks in the mail about 15 years ago. You should add to your checklist, Do you prefer direct deposit?"
