"I’ve been a Fidelity customer for quite some time. Needed to get medallion signatures for items related to my fathers estate . Everyone was quite pleasant and helped out . I realized I forgot to get a medallion signature on one legal document and when returning a few min later , a new employee was very concerned whether my fathers funds were going to go into a fidelity account (aka what’s the benefit for fidelity). He checked with his colleagues and everyone refused to provide the signature due to the document being legal in nature . This required me to go to another fidelity location farther away where the persons there gladly gave me the signature that was needed . Waste of my time and poor customer service . Icing on the cake was after the employee refused the signature he asked if I wanted some coffee . Thanks buddy ☕️. Thought very hard about transferring my accounts elsewhere , may still do so . At the very least not coming back to this location ."

"Fidelity service is non existent the new trend in America ,an attempt to improve business, Quite the opposite is gonna happen. You can not get a Customer service person online anymore .I am ready to find another broker .Opened an account for my son and 6 months later the account remains closed and they want his SS card. I was never asked for a SS card in 20 previous accounts I had in my life ."

"you were supposed to two 2 simple tasks. we went through the documents carefully and clearly. then when i logged on at home and checked my email you managed to get BOTH tasks WRONG.."
