Clearly, your store's loss prevention measures are in dire need of attention. It's evident that this bumbling employee has two major issues: first, when faced with a challenge, she simply inputs whatever she pleases into the system without regard for accuracy; and second, she possesses the same level of customer service skills as a squished piece of roadkill on the pavement.
