"I'm a hardcore fan of ShopRite and I love my local store at Carmel NY. That being said, this location needs some real remodelling in and out. I spotted too much produce on the floor... there's only one restroom for each gender for the entire building! Many things need improving here."

"My review's for the deli counter. Every time that I've ordered Boars Head cold cuts this summer and ask that they're sliced very thinly, I get a nasty attitude from the recently hired person (sorry that she doesn't feel like she should have to work during her summer) there and the cold cuts are always sliced thickly. I order about 6 to 8lbs of cold cuts each time I go. That's a lot of money spent to have it done wrong and to get attitude with it. Whoever's managing this area, needs to be on-site more often. I'll go to Adam's instead. They're deli area's far cleaner anyway."
"I will give 5 stars for now only because I have not had any recent issues but I will say that the reviews from other customers are all true because I have witnessed and experienced them. I visit this ShopRite weekly and they have improved their customer service . Is it perfect ? No . But they are trying . Bakery , produce , and prepared meals are good at this location ."
