"My late husband and I moved to Brewster in 1982 from Westchester. When looking for a grocery store I found Kobackers and have been a loyal customer ever since. They are the nicest owners and have the most wonderful staff... Great meat cold cuts fruits and vegetables and a taste from my home town JJ Cassone rolls .......I love ❤ when I can't get out the deliver service is Great all stores should have it"
"Went to the deli for an egg and cheese sandwich instead of a BEC. The guy gave me my sandwich, I went home and there was Only cold cheese and salt and pepper on the sandwich. No egg. I went back and he said he did that because the cook was out who makes the eggs. You didn’t think to let me know you can’t make eggs instead of giving me a cheese sandwich? Now every time I order and my family we will be opening the packages when you hand it to us. Absolutely ridiculous logic. Hire better people or train them properly please."

"I love how they have everything I need and then some. The staff is AMAZING! You feel like you're NORM from Cheers. They greet you as soon as you come in with a smile and ask if you need any help. The staff in the aisle's are so helpful as to were everything is and the meat dept knows what they are talking about. The deli is always clean and fully stocked. Thank you."
