"This location is by far the worst that I’ve ever gone to. Online pickup is horrible due to customers parking in the designated space in order to shop. The staff is rude as well. They show items only available for shipping but when you go into the store, they’re available. It’s a scam, they want you to buy the higher priced items and keep the lower priced items as only available for shipping. When you call the store, nobody answers the phone. Corporate also needs to go back to 7:00am shopping for Prime members since most of us work at 8:00am. 8:00 is totally inconvenient."

"This was my first time at this location and I recieved attitude from 3 different staff. I came in here just to kill some time and see how the deals here were looking in case I wanted to buy here in the future. I accidentally came through the exit and was shot with a dirty look, one from the person who was checking receipts and from a cashier who was having a conversation with her. The cashier rudely asked me "Can I help you? Are you shopping here? The entrance is at the front" And I stated that it was my mistake, I didnt notice that was the exit since I walked to this supermarket from that side. Later on I went to try buying a drink but I couldn't at the self checkout because I didn't have a membership. I was redirected to the cafe and the lady there gave me attitude trying to send me back to the self checkout because she didn't want to deal with any customers and gave me a face when I told her I was sent to her because I don't have a membership. Then when I was leaving the same woman checking the receipts gave me a straight face and ignored me when I told her I only bought a drink as I was walking out just to save her some time. I will never understand how ghetto and classless people get customer service jobs. For the simple fact that the customer service is poor I wouldn't even return here."

"First I have to give a lot of love and shout out to "Ellen". It was my first time at this Sam's Club location, and she was so patient and helpful. She needs a raise!! I will be keeping my subscription because all the employees are very kind and helpful and they have a very big selection to choose from, and that's what matters to me."

"The sam's Club Elmsford staff is amazing during emergencies. While we are shopping, a pipe gets hit, and the alarm goes off. Unfortunately, it happened while we were at the door ready to pass the security check out and leave the place. The security officer ordered us to leave our carts and get out of the building. We stood outside the building away until the fire department came in and checked the situation. Minwhile, the staff outside organizing the evacuation and control of the traffic. I'm amazed that the staff took over the situation very quickly and gotten it back in order. I'll give the place 10/10 for amazing employees."
