"I was surprised to read the bad reviews of this place. It's the easiest specialty pharmacy I've ever used. I'm upstate, and have never been to the physical location, but Bruce is really friendly on the phone and always gets my fertility drugs to me on time even when it's last minute. They're packed well and arrive cold when necessary. Using this pharmacy has taken a lot of stress out of the IVF process."
