Quality Pharmacy

"When a provider submits a prescription, they never call me or the provider to give us an update. I had a medication sent there and a few weeks passed by with no notification. Decided to call them and was told they don't carry the medication at all. Why not immediately inform anyone? I called to check if they received a new prescription and was told "yes, it's ready! come and pick it up!", they didn't ask for my name or the name of the medication. Instead just yelled that to me and hung up on me."
