"Cottage pharmacy was so helpful to us the day after Thanksgiving! We were visiting family and normally live 40 minutes, but needed to visit an urgent care. Cottage pharmacy got the prescriptions ready so quickly! They were so professional and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!"

"My elderly mother's physician recommended that she get a compression stocking. It seems hard to find a pharmacy or supplier who carries them anymore and will fit you for one. I've been told by some seniors that they can cause more problems if too tight. We were sent to Bay Orthopedic, but they sent us to Cottage Pharmacy. The sales clerk explained that we needed more info, and we got sizing info from mom's doctor and returned. They seemed very well informed and gave useful advice about wearing them. Don't accept insurance payment for them however, as some stores are rumored to. The rest of the store is very upscale but appealing, with all manner of cute gifts, supplies, and top shelf cosmetics. There's a good chance you'll encounter customer ladies who lunch, in their workout best, all very friendly. Pay a visit."

"I leased a portable oxygen compressor for my mother. The first machine did not work from the moment it arrived. When I called to explain that the machine was not working, I was told I am using it incorrectly and that it was working at the store. I tried the machine again and it still did not work. I called the store again and they came the next day with a new machine. The next machine lasted about two weeks when a malfunction sign appeared. A new machine was brought the next day. Two weeks later, a new warning sign appeared. It was a warning of a tubing issue. When I asked for technical support I was told that this was the third machine in a month. I was a bit taken aback, I did not break the machines, two were faulty. I asked for more tubing to remedy the situation and was told the tubing was 8.99 and delivery would be an additional 10 dollars. I remembered I had some tubing so I switched the tubing by myself. I was a bit surprised by how I was spoken to since I was paying 500 per month for this machine. I decided to call around and reached out to other local suppliers. I found the same machine for 250 dollars per month. Talk about price gouging!!!! The other company even threw in additional tubing when I was planning on buying some extra in case the same issue arose. Be aware and shop around! I can't stop thinking about people who might need this machine and can not afford 500 dollars out of pocket and assume like I did that this is the monthly fee everywhere....."
