"The greeter in the front of the store was a sweetie and assisted me immediately upon entry. She directed me to the prints section so I can pick up my posters. I stood at the counter for about five minutes listening to the girl behind the counter ask her (I’m assuming) manager for time off work. When she was done with her pleading she came to the counter and stared at me for a few seconds before asking “pick up?” Very disappointed in customer service with printing. I recommend the staples in willimantic."

Then told it would take about a week to get some plain paper binder copies done? Forget this place, go somewhere else."

"I had some computer work done here in 2022. The issues weren't fixed and come to find out their maintenance package doesn't include what they sell you on. Fast forward to a year later the same computer issues that persisted past their fixes; crashes on me. Unbeknownst to them and myself they set up a bitlocker on my computer. Because they hadn't realized they bitlocked it; their was no code to recover all of the photos and memories of my daughters and sons birth saved on the computer. I wouldn't go here for your computer needs."

"They help me make Christmas cards. Couldn't ask for more friendly, helpful and courteous employees. They usually have a good selection of backpacks and lunch boxes for back to school as well as everything else a child would need."
