"Update: I received a call from the Rockville Pharmacy informing me that they also have had a poor experience with company "Phil" and will be discontinuing their relationship. As I promised I am changing my review. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Rockville Pharmacy. The app "Phil" is gaining notoriety as an online credit card scam, using local pharmacies to facilitate the scam. The Rockville Pharmacy has decided to sever that relationship. I no longer question their ethics and commend them for doing what is right for their customer. Even though I have lost nearly $400, I do not hold the Rockville Pharmacy responsible. With great respect to the Rockville Pharmacy Johnny Original Post: In my opinion this pharmacy participates in unethical behavior to include functioning as a distributor for an online scam that makes unauthorized charges to credit cards.
