"I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for a checkbook and was told 5-7 business days…. What a joke"

"So my Aunt has an account- she got injured and I had to take care of her finances. I went there with my POA. They said it would take a few days to clear the POA and they would call me when that was done. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I have called 4 times today and have been rerouted to different offices each time I call. Each time it's literally 12-21 minutes just to get no information what so ever. This complete lack of customer service and accessibility while trying to juggle the health and wellbeing of a family member has made me decide to close her account there. I can't get that done fast enough"

"Very Unresponsive lagged Customer Service. Waited 40 Minutes to speak with a representative due to not being able to log into my account and when I finally got a hold of someone they had no answer about the location of my transferred brokerage funds. I will not recommend this company and will not work with them again. It is a shame, after hearing so many good things about this company I decided to work with them. and within the first week multiple outages. #TRASH"
