Resort for a Day

"Used the service in February of 2023. We were at cozumel on a cruise port day. Booking the resort for a day was perfect. Elcozumelino was nice. The food was good and the drinks were plentiful. The snorkeling is amazing, right off the beach!"

"My husband and I booked Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in Jamaica through Resorts for a Day while in Jamaica for one day on a cruise. We got very clear directions on where to meet for transportation, had a very respectful and knowledgeable driver who told us about the history of the island, enjoyed a wonderful day at the resort with beach, food, drinks and a pool, then was transported back to our cruise ship with time to spare! Icing on the cake – My husband accidently left his phone on the bus back to the ship. I reached out to Resorts for a Day and they were able to locate our phone and ship it back home for us! They are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond with their customer service. We highly recommend them!"

"We have used this service twice and both experiences though different were 5 star experiences. My first purchase was for a resort in Cozumel and the cost was on point for other day passes. The instructions were complete and easy to follow. My second purchase was the same experience except when the time came to use the pass we were unable to take advantage of the pass, Resort For a Day refunded our purchase. Easy communication through their online chat."

"Cruising on MSC Seaside in October 2018, myself and 5 others booked the Jewel Dunn's River Falls all-inclusive resort for the day and were very pleased with our experience. We were informed of our meeting point at Falsmouth Port, we were escorted to our transportation which took us on a short journey to the resort. Once we arrived to the resort we were escorted to a nice area to wait for a resort representative to come and collect our vouchers and provide us with wrist bands which allowed us use of the facilities (the restaurants, bars, and pool). Our first stop was to the restaurant for breakfast. We enjoy a delicious meal and awesome service (the mimosas were just want the "island" ordered. From there when walked over to the beach area where we were set up with loungers and towels. We spent time there before hitting up the bar again and ordering lunch. After lunch we enjoyed a great game of pool volleyball. We spent the rest of our time lounging poolside before our transportation came back to pick us up and return us to the port."

"I loved resorts for a day and would recommend them to anyone! In full disclosure, we never received the full benefit of their services...but I'm confident that I would have received top notch service. Booking an all inclusive excursion via cruise port was super simple and the best prices after searching for hours! Once we weighed our options between beach, water sides, formal dining resort, or adults only...we settled on a 5 star by Monetgo Bay. Somehow I booked twice and I received a proactive call the next day alerting me to the issue...which we quickly realized the issue. We were looking forward to our selection...but sadly our captain changed ports and our plans were forced to change. Again, resorts for a day was proactive and easy to work with. That experience was enough to win me over!"
