"Would love to share details. Unfortunately, this tiny place is "by appointment only", so after driving half an hour we were turned away. Pretty pretentious for a place that tiles around toilets. I've read the response from the owner, and thank her/them for taking the time to respond. My only suggestion is that you make your policy more widely known, just in case you get more non-locals who are unaware of your one-at-a-time policy."
"Stopped in to look at kitchen backsplash ideas. The lady gave us advice not given by any other retailer: don't pick out the back splash until we've lived with the new kitchen for a bit. Then, view the lighting in context of new cabinets, floor, wall color etc. (Instead of just trying to make a sale on the spot!) Nice selection, prices seem reasonable. Expect to be back."
