"Wanted to like this place, as I always prefer buying from local businesses instead of big box stores. Stopped in here at 4:30 on a weekday to quickly pick up a paint roller. There was a female employee loudly complaining that customers were coming in "close to closing". Made me and the other people shopping feel pretty unwelcome. It's not like it was five minutes to closing. That said, there was another gentleman cashier who was very courteous and helpful. All in all, I don't think I'll be going back here. Can't get over the rudeness factor."

"I had the most incredible experience this week at this store with the most helpful employee Wayne! He went above and beyond to help me fully repair my precious lamp. A project I had put off for years was made brand new! It was my first time at the store. I didn't want to goto a big box store. I knew I wouldn't get the assistance I needed so I searched for a local handware store and was beyond thrilled with the service. Thanks to Wayne's care I will not go to a big box store for most of my needs ever again. Thank you so much for being a part of the community!"
