"it sits on top of a dunkin donut chain. Service is awful. I worked with this person eunice. she's really stupid. i had to speak to her several times about my travel schedule before she can get it right. Also, when i asked her to suggest a reputable skin clinic in Seoul, she give me name of a fertility clinic which made me do more research to find one online. eunice fails to follow up with client with existing reservations. she holds grudges and take things very personally. she is dismissive and really rude. all in all, this woman is incompetent and stupid (bapo!) when ask to speak to the owner about her behavior, she gives basically lies about the owners availability."
