"I drove an hour to give US Tool & Fastener a try today. I wanted to buy a Festool drill, but wanted to be able to compare each model, pick them up, and see how they feel. I'm glad I made the journey. Great service (especially Joe and Ryan), and the biggest selection of Festool this side of Germany. They also have a comprehensive stock of TSO, Woodpecker, Stabila, Sawstop, Bora, and other high end woodworking brands that it is usually hard to view in person. I'll be ordering online from US Tool now that I have a feel for the business. Nice guys that run a good business. Highly recommend."

"Customer service is pathetic, I’ve been in business for 26 years and would never talk to a customer or be as unprofessional as this company’s staff is. When I ordered from this company and had a question about shipping since I paid for 2 day delivery and a week later hasn’t shown up , their response was I’m not going to listen to you take it up with delivery company."

"I ordered a very expensive piece of Festool equipment from US Tool & Fastener, which arrived damaged (possibly used). I submitted an exchange request and didn't hear anything for four days. Finally I called them and was told they don't bother to respond to return request through their system, you have to call. Even though the item they sent was damaged, they do not provide a return shipping label, nor will they replace it. They're forcing me to pay for their mistake. When I told the "customer service" rep that this seemed a bit unfair, her reply was, "well that's just the way we do things, whether you like it or not." This is obviously the last time I'll do business with US Tool & Fastener. There are better, more reliable, and higher integrity options for buying any and all of the tool lines they sell. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere."
