"My family booked a trip to Jamaica with Lisa Jones for 6/18-6/22. She has been absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. She did not provide our group of 40+ people with any updates regarding the trip throughout this entire pandemic, not even to tell us the resort would be closed until July/August!! She did not respond to our emails or phone calls in the weeks leading up to the trip and had the audacity to finally send an email that our trip is nonrefundable on the day we were anticipated to return from Jamaica! This experience has truly been a nightmare."

"I went on a vacation to the Royalton in Ochos Rio, Jamaica for my birthday & it literally was the best vacation I've been on! World Wide took care of all the arrangements, including ground transfers to and from the hotel, planned excursions outside of the resort and VIP service at the airport upon our return trip. Lisa was great to work with, and I'll be doing my birthday trip again with her this year!"
