"They changed staff and improved the entire service. Very attentive since I entered. They have to send boxes to Colombia and the exchange rate is usually higher than in other places. Very clean and I was also able to do my taxes."
"The lady made the wrong name and had to cancel the shipment and make a new one, but it took an hour and my family member couldn't wait. So I made a new shipment, I paid the 8 dollars again and he told me to come back in a while and he would return all the money. When Fuy just gave me what I sent she kept the 8 dollars. It didn't seem fair to me that I had to waste my time on hir 3 times and pay for a mistake she made."
