"Owner does not have and follow best business practices. I have spoken to 3 friends that have used this business, and reservations to travel abroad we done improperly, due to the business owner. The reservations were done wrong, and the Owner blames the buying customer. That is wrong.Her attitude is horrible, and she uses threats to get her money . Very bad attitude. If you were to book a trip ahhh haaa you will not even get a receipt for deposits, as the Owner just charges away without a receipt for the purchases. Beware be very aware. Think twice before using the business. Extremely disappointing on the Nasty Attitude of a Business Owner. Horrible people skills. Very miserable and greedy."
