"So embarrasing for a sales agent to insult a customer who simply said no to a schedule different from his booking. Today, February 2nd 2024 at about 9.10am one of your agents answered a call from me concerning a booking with reference 111774 still pending confirmation and insulted me with the word " STUPID" and hung up on me at about 9.24am for saying no to another schedule he proposed. Very sad for business!!!!"

"Definitely a scam. I was looking for three people from a flight from LA to El Paso. I was supposed to only pay about $300. I get a message saying that it’s pending and an agent will contact us soon as soon as we call them they tell us that there was an error with the price And now we need to pay $400. I would not book with them anymore. They definitely are sketchy and are trying to take more money from you. Please read reviews before and do research."

"This company is scammers and very rude. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE RATHER THAN BOOKING A FLIGHT WITH THEM. Their customer service is very poor. They are really rude and will just waste your time. Their rate on their website is not the original rate. It is just there to deceive you. Gina was the worst customer service representative I have ever talk to . I don’t even want to talk of Terrance. They are all trained to be rude and disrespectful"

"Would not use this company it is a scam. You book online hit confirm then it will saying pending & someone will call & say you can get that price our system is updating & that is no longer available. But then they will say can get you same flight for more $ and if you say no they will tell you no refund even know it says refunds when you hit book. If I could give zero stars I would cause they are not even a one. People on the phones are a joke when you call"
