As you relax on the couch before your treatment starts, Katie and her staff is wonderfully friendly, introducing themselves and making small talk. Upstairs, the rooms are quaint and peaceful. Kristen was amazing as she worked through my massage, easing into the pressure on my back. As I came back downstairs, I was again able to relax and enjoy my drink by the fire, and was in no way rushed to leave. I can’t wait to come back!"
