"A hidden gem! Very attentive and friendly staff. I was a walk-in but was immediately sat and my service started. Would definitely come again for a gel manicure."

"After being a customer of Kim’s for 7 years - I am officially looking for a new place. She is the most disrespectful person I have dealt with yet. She is inconsistent in the service she provides. One minute, she’s nice and the next she’s yelling at you. She has no staff because she takes advantage and yells at all her staff so of course the staff doesn’t last long. I have told her multiple times it’s unprofessional. If she has something to address, it should be in private and respectfully. Not in front of everyone. Secondly, you make an appointment and she NEVER honors the time. If you request a certain person, she never honors it as well and makes millions of excuses. Kim’s job is horrible as well and old fashioned. Two days later and your nails will be chipping or breaking. Me and my mother who have been loyal customers for years, made an appointment and when we got there - she was extremely busy and couldn’t do our nails. I told her she wasted my time and left. Now, we are no longer allowed in. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE NAILS AND HORRIBLE PLACE. AND NOT TO MENTION, SHE IS NOT THE CLEANEST!!!!!!! There are other wonderful places in town I rather spend more money on and get better quality service and nails."

"First time getting my nails done there, reasonably priced & Iike that the one did not try to push acrylics on me. She said my nails were a nice length, to try gel instead for a longer staying manicure."

"This nail salon is HORRIBLE. This is my second time going there. I wasn’t happy the first time and now I’m not happy again. I have a nail girl but she is constantly booked because she is amazing. These people are so old school with tips it’s ridiculous we are on 2019. If you don’t know how to properly SHAPE AND FILE to get even tip nails like what are you doing as a nail tech in 2019??? Not to mention when I would say something I didn’t like I would get an attitude or a justification, I’m the customer I’m paying. I pay over $125 for my nails when it’s quality. These weren’t even worth $40. No nail is even, they are lumpy. Not to mention she was rushing the whole time and there wasn’t anyone waiting on her. J asked for coffin and they are shaped like pears. GO TAKE A COURSE. Stop being cheap with your products and your employees and pay for them to get a better education on today’s styles. You can tell there business is just getting by because they are on of the the only salon who does tips in Ossining, but would be doing better if they actually cared how there work looked. This is so disappointing."
