"Two weeks ago my daughter and I got our nails done, and we both loved the service. My daughter is sensitive wrt cuticle care and she was very pleased with how thorough and gentle they were. I'm very rough on my nails, but 2 weeks later they still look great (there's obvious geowth but the olish lasted). I'm thrilled and about to schedule my second appointment."
"Horrid customer service.The owner only cares about herself and her business. I had a 9:30 am appointment one morning and she and her employees showed up to work just after 10am. There were 5 of us customers waiting in the parking lot for our appointments. When the owner finally showed up there was no apology, no remorse, nothing. The woman I had an appointment with went into the salon and began steaming and folding wash cloths and other busy work. When I said to the owner that I was running out of time, she simply said that the woman I had the appointment with had other work to do and I’d have to wait. I was furious. I left because I ran out of time. Since then, the owner, who has a huge sense of entitlement, has treated me poorly. She simply doesn’t understand that customers come first. Horrible salon. I am wondering if the woman I had the appointment with was really a cleaning person and not really a nail tech. Go somewhere else where customers and their appointments matter."
