"After placing an order online, I was given an estimated pickup window. I was made to wait 20+ minutes beyond that window. After returning home with my food, it became apparent that they had not included all the items in my order. Upon calling the restaurant, they refused to issue any refunds and demanded I place another order where they would include the missing items in this additional order. I've been a loyal patron of this place for years, but after that experience I'll never go back. Edit: Prior to posting this review, I had called the restaurants no fewer than four times on different days of the week and different times of day. Each time I called, I was told that the manager was unavailable and I would have to call back at a different time. It is frustrating that only after posting a negative review is the restaurant reaching out to provide assistance. Very disappointing."
"Ambience was great, appetizers were fantastic (Lassoni Gobi and Panir), main dishes were a debacle. I had to send back the dhal makhani (they did remove it from my check. I will give them that), and an overly sweet Panir dish. The Naan was great as also the stuffed paratha. Cocktail was lame. Will go back for appetizers only. Great service, very reasonable prices."
"This is a wonderful restaurant with terrific service, and the food is superb! The price is affordable. I am vegetarian, and I love their spinach and chickpea dish! This is one of my go to restaurants. Highly recommend!"
"good, decent Indian restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Being a South Indian, I felt the chetinaadu chicken was not authentic. But overall, it's a very good restaurant and a little pricey for the quantity they serve."
"This was one of the best foods I have eaten in my life! Everything was perfect! The spices, the textures, the ambiance, the service, everything! I like Indian cuisine, but it was not my favorite type of food, but Raasa now is! I will return many times for sure! And the prices are great too! ❤️"
